We meet either online or in person (if you’re in Bangkok). Each session lasts around 60 minutes and is tailored to your needs that day. You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and steps you can take immediately.

What is the difference between Life Coaching, Therapy and Reiki? 

What is the difference between Life Coaching, Therapy and Reiki? 

The type of life coaching I do, teaches you how to use your mindset to manage your present and work towards your future. We presume that you are able to cope with daily daily tasks. Therapy is for individuals who are unable to participate in their daily lives, or do it with great difficulty. Reiki is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing.

Many clients feel lighter and clearer after the first session. Long-term, it depends on your goals and commitment. The more you apply what we discuss, the faster you’ll see changes in your mindset, confidence, and life.
